Appointments

Our office operates on the appointment system, taking walk-in patients whenever possible.

Please be on time for your appointment. Gainesville Family Physicians requests that you call the office 24 hours prior to your appointment if cancellation or rescheduling is necessary. 15 minutes prior to their appointment in order to complete the necessary documents before meeting with the physician. The physicians reserve the right to charge patients a fee for cancellation inside of 24 hours prior to their appointment. Please be sure to provide the office with your most current contact information. In the event an emergency arises and the physician must reschedule your appointment, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
